We offer introductory and advanced courses to support coaches and mentors. We use frameworks such as TGROW and CIGAR and teach core coaching skills such as rapport building, active listening, powerful questioning and goal setting.
In more advanced sessions we demonstrate techniques for building self-regard and self-efficacy as well as coaching people through the stages of change so they can make sustainable improvements in performance.
We apply techniques from Performance Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Cognitive Behavioural Coaching (CBC).
